General Policy

All pieces from Marvörn Studio are thoughtfully selected or created, with an emphasis on individuality, material integrity, and aesthetic alignment. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the terms below.

Crystals & Objects

All crystals and mineral objects are natural formations. Variations in color, texture, inclusions, and surface marks are inherent and part of their nature. Minor imperfections are considered normal and do not qualify as defects.

For this reason, all crystal sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges based on natural variation or personal preference. We encourage thoughtful selection and are always happy to offer guidance prior to purchase.

Order Process

All pieces are fulfilled on a first-paid basis.

For certain items, we may offer reservations or custom sourcing with a deposit. Once confirmed, the remaining balance must be completed before fulfillment.

We reserve the right to confirm order details prior to shipment to ensure alignment.

Shipping

As most pieces are prepared individually and made to order, please allow 7–14 business days for processing. Shipping timelines may vary depending on the nature of the piece. Signature may be required for high-value orders.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. For select orders or special requests, shipping fees may vary and will be confirmed prior to dispatch.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Marvörn Studio is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or delivery issues caused by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with your building, neighbors, or local carrier first.

You may also contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If needed, our team is happy to assist by providing shipment details. However, we are unable to guarantee replacements or refunds for lost packages.

Damages During Transit

We take great care in packaging each piece. If your order arrives with significant damage caused during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• A full unboxing video (starting before the package is opened)

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once we receive your request, a specialist of our team will assist you directly. We will review the case and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution. All claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and requests without sufficient documentation may not be eligible for review.

Floral Works

Each floral design is created with seasonal, natural materials and are offered on a custom, made-to-order basis. For this reason, all floral orders are final.

We recommend placing your order at least 5–7 days in advance.

For urgent requests within 3 days, a 15% rush fee will apply. Rush orders are subject to availability and will be designed based on materials available at the time. Specific flower requests may not be accommodated.

We do not accept orders within 48 hours.

Due to seasonal changes and market availability, the pricing of certain rare or specialty materials may vary.

Each piece responds to a moment — and exists only once. We will be a unique customization of your moment. We do not offer exact replicas or 100% reproductions of previous works.

Cancellations

More than 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pick-up → 75% refund

Within 72 hours → non-refundable

We ensure each piece is carefully prepared prior to dispatch. If significant damage occurs during delivery, please contact us promptly. All cases will be reviewed individually, and appropriate resolutions will be determined accordingly.
